Depending on the style, extensions typically take 2–4 hours. Braids can take longer. We recommend booking in advance so we can plan enough time for you.
Can I order products online and pick them up in store?

Yes! Simply choose "Store pickup" when ordering. We'll confirm your order and let you know when it's ready. Store pickup is free — home delivery costs €5.95.
How do I pay for my order or appointment?

You can pay in store (cash or pin) or online via iDEAL or bank transfer. After your order is confirmed, we'll send you a payment link by email. For appointments you can also choose to pay after your visit.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes, please message us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. We'll do our best to find a new time that works for you.
Do you offer consultations for first-time clients?
